Shipping Policy

At 3DWORLD1, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Some 3D printed products are manufactured after an order is received. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products may therefore require additional production time.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer's location, courier availability, public holidays, weather, and other logistical factors.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.

Customers must provide the correct:

Full Name, Complete Address, PIN Code and Mobile Number

3DWORLD1 will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a package appears damaged during transit, please record an unboxing video and take clear photographs when opening the parcel. These may be required when requesting a replacement for a damaged product.
